REFUND POLICY

We thank you and appreciate your service or product purchase with us on our Website https://acemoneyindia.in or http://emi.acemoneyindia.in (hereinafter referred to as “AMIL”). Kindly read this policy and the AMIL terms and conditions thoroughly as they will give you necessary information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as a customer.

We execute every effort to give the service to you as per the specifications and timelines specified against each service or product bought by you from us. However, if due to any reason, we are unable to provide you the service or product you have purchased from us, you shall be entitled to a refund which will be subject to the following circumstances:

  1. The Refund shall only be considered in the event there is a clear, visible evidence for a service or product that it has been purchased from AMIL.
  2. The Refund shall only be granted only after identifying the genuineness of the case.
  3. In case if you have already paid for obtaining any service or product from us and demanding a refund because of change in mind/or the product service is no longer required. In this event, your request for refund will be rejected and no refund shall be granted to you.
  4. The time limit to apply for refund is only 15 days from the date of making the payment towards any service and products from us. If the application for a refund has been proposed after 15 (Fifteen) days of purchase of a service or product such refund request shall be considered invalid.
  5. The refund shall be granted if there is a lapse in providing the service or product to the customer on the part of AMIL.
  6. The discretion to decide whether the refund should be granted or not lies with us. Once a customer has paid for a service or product, it shall not be deemed to give any right of refund to the customer and it does not create any obligation on AMIL to pay for the customer’s refund.
  7. Once you submit a request for refund, our team will check the genuineness of the case and refund will be granted to you if there is an actual need to grant a refund.

If the application for the settlement has been approved by AMIL Advisors, the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to process and will be credited to your bank account respectively.

We shall examine the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.
